Our shoes run true to size, and all sizes are based on a medium width. unless list otherwise. We recommend you order your normal EUR shoes size. Please also refer to our "Size and Fit" section on each product page for specific dimensions and information by style.

We offer early access to select items and new season collections by allowing customers to reserve a pair in their size. Pre-ordered items are not immediately available for shipment. We will provide the best estimated delivery time for the item on its product page. We will update you as soon as your order has shipped, but please note, those dates are subject to change. If an order includes a pre-order item, products will be dispatched as they become available

Orders placed before 3pm PST will ship out on the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm PST will ship out on the next business day.

All items are shipped via UPS and. Please note both UPS delivers Monday through Friday from 9AM – 8PM, excluding local holidays.
