Orders placed currently have a 1-3 business day processing time frame. Specialty items may differ. Orders placed with Overnight delivery, we *try our best to process within the same day if received by 12pm PST.
Orders that are placed during Sales or Promotions have a longer processing timeframe regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
Orders placed Friday after 12pm PST thru Sunday, are processed on Monday. An email confirmation with tracking information is sent when your purchase is on its way to you.

During sales and promotions or high traffic times you may experience a wait of 24-48 hrs for a response.
Please note that shipping times may be delayed during major holidays and/or promotions. ROGERS PEARSON cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delays due to our shipping partners or inclement weather. We are unable to ship to a PO box address.
A shipping fee of 3% will be applied to all Archive Sale orders.

Making Changes to an Order
If a coupon code is not applied at check out, we are not able to add it or to refund for it once the order is placed. If you are having an issue with a code, be sure to email us BEFORE placing the order.
Friendly Reminder: ROGERS PEARSON fulfills orders at a rapid pace and it is not possible to cancel or amend any order information after it has been submitted. Kindly email customerservice@rogerspearson.co after you receive your order and we will be happy to assist with a return process if needed. We recommend double checking all details before completion of purchase.
If an item goes on sale, we do not honor refunds or price adjustments.
If you purchase a Pre-Order you may select Expedited Shipping at checkout however your order will not ship until the item is available. If an item is a Pre-Order it will specify under the Product Description Section on the item shop page and or provide the Estimated Ship or Arrival date. This date is subject to change. PRE-ORDER ARRIVAL
The date provided on all Pre-Ordered merchandise is an ESTIMATE not a guarantee. This date is provided to give an idea of an approximate time frame that we expect to receive shipment of the Pre-Order to our warehouse and in turn prepared for delivery to our customers. The specified date in NO WAY means you will receive your item on that date. Upon arrival to our warehouse, all orders are prepared for delivery. Order Preparation and delivery for Pre-Ordered Merchandise can take up to 5-7 business days depending on the order demand, so please allow the necessary time.
Please check the website for any updates or transit delays. You may not cancel your order at anytime prior to the order being shipped. *CREDIT CARDS CHARGED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
Expedited Shipping (Overnight, 2-day, Express Saver) selected for Pre-Ordered Merchandise does not apply to the order until the item has arrived and is available to ship.
Also, If you purchase multiple items in one order along with a *Pre-Order item, both items will ship together upon arrival of the Pre-Order Item. If you need items to ship separately it is best to purchase the items separately as shipping rates apply for double shipment.
US RETURNS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
We only accept returns from full price purchases made on rogerspearson.co
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders and are unable to refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
A $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund. You will be notified via email once your return is processed.
Depending on your financial institution, refunds normally post within 1-5 business days after the date of processing to your original form of payment.
All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment – NO EXCEPTIONS. A store credit will be issued in lieu of a refund if the card is no longer active.
*Please note, we do not refund any shipping charges.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item for a refund or request store credit and place a new order.
Please note, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
